A different Anniversary card...(for a very special couple)

I wanted to create a simple, yet different, anniversary card (for a very special couple)...and I wanted something along the 'white-on-white' look...so this is what I finally ended up with.
If I had to label this 'style' of card... I'd  probably call it "nature's elegance".

I used stamps from three stamp sets: Pendant Park, Occasional Quotes (a free hostess set), and Tiny Tags
Inks  used were Soft Suede and Pear Pizzazz to stamp on my Whisper White Cardstock

Tools and embellishments used... include the ©Stampin'Up! Paper Cutter, the new 2 1/2" x-large circle punch, along with the Scallop Trim Border punch, some Basic Pearls...and of course some snail and dimensionals.

Another Masculine card...

Created by Micki Daniel  ©Stampin'Up! 2011

Here is another card the ladies made in my monthly stamping classes.  I wanted at least one of the cards to be "masculine" and to use the highlighting technique.  This card was a really big hit with all the gals!

Usually it is a challenge, to come up with a masculine card for the special guys in our lives...at least for me it is!  So I was pleased with how this card turned out.

I used stamps from 'Nature Silhouettes' and 'Occasional Quotes' for the greeting...stamped them with Chocolate Chip classic ink...highlighted the deer with the white gel pen, then punched it out using the 2 1/2" circle punch...lastly, I sponged the edges and popped it up on dimensionals.

Paper and Cardstock to complete this card:
Crumb Cake, Tempting Turquoise, Chocolate Chip and Newsprint DSP.

I hope you are inspired to try making your own 'Masculine' card today!

Spring Blossoms card...

Created by Micki Daniel All images ©Stampin'up! 2011

Today I'm sharing the lovely birthday card that the ladies recently made in my monthly stamping class.
(For more information on my classes, contact me at www.JoyFull.stampinup.net )

I used the SU Framed Tulip embossing folder to emboss the front of my Pretty-in- Pink card base.
The stamped image is from the set called Easter Blossoms from the 2011 Occasions Mini catalog (only available until April 30th) and matted onto Whisper white cs and then onto Early Espresso cs.

I stamped the greeting from the set called Perfect Punches in Early Espresso ink then punched it out with the X-large Oval punch and matted it to the oval  Early Espresso cs.

I hope you enjoy creating your own version of this card!
